SSL technology is the industry standard for secure online transactions. Because we use SSL, placing an order online at our web site is just as safe as giving your credit card number over the phone.
Risk-Free Returns
Please inspect product immediately upon receipt and notify us of any damage or shortage the same day of delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase beyond damage or shortage, you may return it for a refund or credit within 30 days as follows:
- Product must be in original condition.
- Product must be in original product packaging.
- Product must be returned within 30 days of delivery date through a "traceable means" (e.g. certified mail, UPS or FEDEX).
- All components and manuals must be returned.
- A credit or refund will be issued for returned products, minus delivery charges.
- Within 30 days, software may be returned for credit if unopened. Opened software may be returned for replacement only.
Please complete the return form that is included with your shipment and reference the original transaction number.

Rates are based upon packages up to 1 lb and will increase slightly for packages exceeding 1 lb. We cannot guarantee on-time delivery in the event of extreme weather conditions or acts of God. Delivery is available within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico must select the Express 1 Business Day Delivery Option. However, delivery is not guaranteed to arrive the next day.
Warranty Information
Most products sold on this web site carry a one-year warranty. Please refer to the Product Specifications tab on each product's page for the applicable warranty information. Limited warranty implies that a product cannot be replaced if it is damaged due to normal wear and tear.
Tax Policy
Tax will be charged in some states. All applicable tax can be viewed at checkout prior to order completion.
